Does my package include transportation?
The packages listed in the brochure and on the web site do not include transportation but we can arrange that for you as a courtesy. Transportation possibilities include: Air Travel, train, car rentals ( plenty of places ) , the Lynx bus system which runs all throughout Orlando.

Should we expect to pay any additional fees such as taxes or gratuities during our trip?
Florida Festival Tours includes all taxes and gratuities for every contracted event/venue in your final package price. Clients that feel they have received exceptional service from their tour escorts and/or bus drivers may wish to offer a gratuity at the conclusion of their trip ( NOT required).

How does your complimentary policy work?
If your package says "one complimentary package for every 20 paying participants based on the quad occupancy rate" that means that for every 20 people that pay, you will receive one package (not room) at the quad package price. (If you have 45 people in your party, two people will come free). We will deduct this amount from your final invoice, therefore it is not necessary to notify us as to whom is not going to have to pay but everyone must be on your rooming list including the free people.

When is our deposit due?
We recommend that you send in your deposit as soon as your trip has been approved. Your initial deposit will secure your hotel, (so the earlier the better) and turn your group from a tentative status to definite. We will then set up a payment plan for the remainder of the balance due. Your balance needs to be paid in full within 30 days of your arrival.

If we fly to Orlando will the bus(s) stay with us 24 hours a day?
No, all local bus companies will pick up and drop off according to your itinerary.

Do the hotels have security?
All the hotels contracted with Florida Festival Tours have security personnel, however, if you would like to hire an officer to monitor your group solely, the cost ranges from $18-$25 per hour (This is a uniformed officer). Most groups that request this service will hire from 12:00am to 5:00 am.

Why do you need rooming lists so far in advance?
The earlier you get in your rooming list, the quicker the hotel can block your rooms which we request that they all be together. If your list comes in late, the chances of your group being spread is more likely.

When will I receive my tickets to the attractions?
Upon arrival in Orlando you will be met by a tour escort. This person will also assist you with check in at your hotel. They will then meet you each morning of your itinerary and distribute tickets then. If you wish we can also give you all your tickets upon check in, however, we do suggest that you place them in a hotel safety deposit box.

Do your hotels have swimming pools?
All the hotels under contract with Florida Festival Tours are inspected by our staff and all will have pools and most will have gift shops, game rooms, banquet space, restaurant and shopping nearby.
